These terms cover the FireflyZ website and store at fireflyz-dayz.com. FireflyZ runs community DayZ servers from Georgia, United States. By signing in or buying something here, you agree to these terms, the Refund policy and the Privacy notice. FireflyZ is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bohemia Interactive, the maker of DayZ.

Your account

• You sign in with Steam. Every purchase is tied to the Steam account you are signed in with when you pay, so check it before you buy. Purchases can't be moved to another Steam account.
• Linking Discord is optional. It lets the FireflyZ bot give you the Supporter role.
• You must be old enough to play DayZ and to make the purchase where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

Store items

• Each item's description, price and how long it lasts (one month, until the next wipe, or permanent) are shown on the store when you buy it. Items, prices and durations can change over time; what was shown when you paid applies to that purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Cancel any time from Your orders using Manage subscription; you keep the subscription's benefits until the end of the period you paid for.
• Priority queue helps you get in faster; it doesn't guarantee a slot if a server is down or full.
• Donations are a voluntary contribution toward server costs.
• Purchases include the Supporter role in the FireflyZ Discord unless the store says otherwise. Staff can remove it for breaking Discord or server rules.

Custom items

• At checkout you describe what you want (colors, clan tag, weapon, design notes), and after paying you can add up to 3 reference images on Your orders. Only upload images you have the right to use. Staff make each custom item by hand, and delivery can take a few days. Your orders page shows when it is delivered.
• Staff may turn down designs that are hateful, sexual, harassing, impersonate others, use someone else's copyrighted art or trademarks, or can't be made in DayZ. If that happens, staff will work with you on a design that can be made.
• Every item is cosmetic. Nothing in the store changes protection, damage, stats or other gameplay, in line with Bohemia Interactive's server monetization rules.

Prices, payment and tax

• Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. FireflyZ never sees your card number.
• Prices can change at any time. A price change to a subscription takes effect at your next renewal, and you'll be told before it does.

Server rules still apply

Buying something doesn't exempt you from the FireflyZ rules. If you are banned or removed for breaking them, you lose access to what you bought for that server, with no refund.

Wipes and changes

FireflyZ may wipe servers, update mods, change maps, or change or stop selling items. DayZ updates can also break custom items. Staff will try to bring permanent items forward when this happens, but can't promise every item will keep working forever. If FireflyZ shuts down a server, items tied to it end with it.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment with your bank instead of contacting staff, the purchased items and the Supporter role may be removed while the dispute is open, and staff may ban accounts used for chargeback fraud.

Liability

The servers and store are provided as they are. FireflyZ doesn't guarantee they will always be online or error-free. As far as the law allows, FireflyZ is not liable for indirect losses, and its total liability for any purchase is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law where you live.

Changes to these terms

FireflyZ may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in place when you bought something applies to that purchase.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
